December 6, 2017 the Department of the SW and the APK held a round table "26 years on the path of creation", dedicated to the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The round table was attended by the doctor of historical sciences, professor, pro-rector for social issues of KEUK, member of the scientific-expert group Abilov K.Zh., Ph.D., associate professor, head of the chair of the SW and APK Abdakimova M.K., Ph.D., Professor, member of the scientific-expert group Klishina M.V., Ph.D., associate professor Seifullina G.R., art. teacher Mustafin S.Sh.
On December 7 of the current year in the House of Friendship there was a contest-festival on the theme: "OUR MOTHERLAND-KAZAKHSTAN!" Dedicated to the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan dedicated to the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It was attended by doctor of historical sciences, professor, vice-rector for social affairs of KEUK, member of the scientific-expert group Abilov K.Zh., Ph.D., Associate Professor, Head of the Chair of the SW and APC Abdakimova M.K., Ph.D., Professor, member of the scientific-expert group Klishina M.V. for their active and fruitful work in organizing, holding conferences and preparing collections of materials for publication, were awarded on the basis of with letters of thanks.
In connection with the intensification of scientific-research work of students and undergraduates on December 8-th 2017 at 16.00 h in the lecture hall 103 the meeting was held with the representatives of the "Technopark Sary-ARKA" The topic was: "Instruments of state support of industrial innovations". At the informal business communication the main project Manager of "Technopark Sary-ARKA" Karymov Dastan has answered numerous students ' questions and gave an advices: how to apply; how to promote innovative projects; where is it possible, obtain fi-nancing, etc.
This site was made by the captain of the team "Brainstorm" Kim Konstantin, who has shared with his experience of participation in such events, gave to begin-ners some tips and revealed some secrets of his success. We remind you that the team "Brainstorm" has won the third prize in the competition Fintechstars in the amount of 100 thousand KZT.
On December 6, 2017 a literary-poetic evening «Me and my multilingualism» was held. The event was attended by students of first and second years of Karaganda Economic University. At the poetic evening there were poems and songs, dances in Russian, English, German, Chinese and Arabic languages.
The jury members considered and noted the high level of creative teams and the winners were :
I place - was awarded to the creative team of the Russian language section;
II place - the creative team of the German language section;
III place – a creative team of the English language section.
Creative teams of Chinese and Arabic were awarded letters of gratitude.
On December 6, 2017, the Department of Foreign and Russian Languages together with the Department of Kazakh Language and Culture of Kazakhstan, held round table discussion on the theme «Mangilik el – mangilik til» with students of the GMU-21k group. Students actively discussed questions about the state language, about polylinguism in Kazakhstan, about the introduction of the Latin alphabet.
November 30, 2017 in the Historical and Cultural Center of the First President the regional contest of projects "Historical Projects and Initiatives of Elbasy" was held, dedicated to the Day of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The student of the group "GMU-42 to" Karaganda Economic University Kydyrbai Ernar Merekeuly participated with his scientific and innovative project "STOPJEMQOR" and took 3rd place, also our student became the owner of the certificate for 20 000 tenge.

December 3, 2017 the meeting of rector Aimagambetov E.B. took place with professors Tupakova N.N., Ulybina L.K., Okorokova O.A. and students of KubSAU. The arrival of Russian scientists and students of KubSAU is the next return visit and was implemented within the framework of the international cooperation of the departments "Finance, Taxation and Insurance (KEU)" and "Finance (KubSAU)". The meeting was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere, during the conversation the Russians noted the high material and technical base, the innovative approaches used in the educational process, the good preparation and interest of students and undergraduates of the KEU. In the period from November 27 to December 2, it was held the events with the participation of professors and students of the KubSAU and the Department of Finance, Taxation and Insurance (KEU) (lectures, practical classes, round tables). It is necessary to note the desire of both sides to continue further cooperation within the academic mobility of teachers, students and undergraduates.
On December 2 and 3, 2017, students of Karaganda Economic University took an active part in the eighth final event of the Astana Innovations Challenge project, launched by the Astana City Akimat, Astana Innovations JSC, MOST Business Incubator and Astana Financial Center.
One of the teams of the university, the "Brainstorm" team won the third prize place following the results of the «Fintechstars» competition, received a certificate and a prize worth KZT 100 000 kzt. The winners were the team of our university: Khmeleva Ekaterina, Oborina Karina, Kushnarenko Olga - gr. F-32; Iristayev Nizamiddin - gr. Mn-12; Kim Constantine - gr. Mn-31; Tileubek Abylaikhan - гр. Yu-42. In addition, the founder and development director of the company "Wooppay" - Doroshenko A. agreed to work with the team for possible investment of their project (subject to bringing the business idea to the real product).
We wholeheartedly wish the "Brainstorm" team not to stop on their laurels and go only forward!
The Department “Social work and the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan” held a round table devoted to Day of First President of Kazakhstan.
During the event, students and teachers discussed the role of the First President of Kazakhstan in establishing an independent state. Special attention was paid to the importance of implementation of government programs in education and science, initiatives in the formation of an intellectual nation and entry of Kazakhstan into the ranks of developed countries in the world.
The roundtable participants noted the international community has recognized the contribution of the leader of Kazakhstan in nuclear disarmament, peacekeeping and emphasized that Kazakhstan, thanks to its wise foreign and domestic policy, has always advocated a peaceful solution to any geopolitical disputes and problems.
December 8, 2017 doctor of historical sciences, professor, vice-rector of social issues of KEUK, member of the scientific-expert group Abilov K.Zh., Ph.D., Professor, member of the scientific-expert group Klishina M.V. in the scientific-expert group of the APK of the Karaganda region took part in the round table "Cultural and civilizational context of interethnic relations" within the research laboratory of the complex study of the contemporary religious situation in Kazakhstan at the KarSU named after E.A. Buketov. The round table discussed the issues of restructuring public consciousness, the psychological features of interethnic relations and the problems of the development of cultural heritage.
