In 2017, on the initiative of the Samruk Kazyna Foundation, the Zhas Orken program was launched to attract, select and develop talented university graduates.
Candidates undergo a five-level selection process, which includes the world's best practices for assessing abilities and potential. The interest in our program among graduates is obviously growing, if in 2017 about 600 graduates took part in the competitive selection, then last year more than 4000 candidates from 21 cities of Kazakhstan were selected.
It should be noted that more than 60% of the top managers of successful Fortune 500 companies are graduates of similar programs.
The main advantage of the program is the accelerated development under the guidance of mentors from among the experienced employees of the company. The program involves more than 100 mentors, the development of which is also the cornerstone of this initiative. During the program, participants undergo 4 rotations at different enterprises, 5 months each. During this period, participants regularly undergo training at the Corporate University of Samruk Kazyna, aimed at improving their personal and professional effectiveness, as well as they are paid wages, paid travel and expenses for living at the place of rotation.
In 2020, we again announce a new set and invite graduates from the undergraduate and graduate programs of 2018, 2019 and 2020 to participate.
