Scientific internship of master`s degree students of the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz at the Moscow State University of Technologies and Management named after K.G. Razumovskiy
From 13 to 19 March 2017 master students of specialties «Technology of food products» and «Standardization and certification» passed a scientific internship at the Moscow State University of Technologies and Management named after K.G. Razumovsky (Moscow, Russian Federation) under the program «Standardization, certification and technology of food products».
Program of scientific internship provided the study of modern approaches in conducting research in the field of technology of food products, standardization and certification of products, innovative technology to ensure quality control and confirmation of the safety of products, the new mechanisms of development and implementation of safety systems and quality management, new technologies and TCA in the food industry and etc. Also, the program of scientific internship supposed a practical orientation field training on the basis of all-Russian research Institute of meat industry named after V. M. Gorbatov, Institute for bakery, lab certification of fishery products VNIRO, LTD "Ireks" in which the students acquainted with new industries and technologies. At the same time students worked with the scientific literature on the subjects of their dissertations in the library MSTU named after K.G. Razumovsky and in the State public scientific-technical library.
At the end of the internship all master students received certificates.
