On April 18, 2022, the Karaganda Police Department held a solemn presentation of a certificate and a badge of a public police assistant to the members of the SGOB, as well as letters of thanks for their activity in volunteering in the field of crime prevention and countering cybercrime from the head of the Mikhailovsky OP UP G.Karaganda and the Department for Youth Policy of the Karaganda region.
On the territory of the KarU Kazpotrebsoyuz, there is a SGOB - a student security group under the Interdepartmental Security Group of the Akimat of the Karaganda region. The main task of the group is to ensure public order, first of all, on the territory of the educational institution. In our city, public assistants make a considerable contribution to the protection of law and order. In recent years, the city has accumulated sufficient experience in the work of police assistants, indicating how important the role of citizens in the protection of public order is.
