Platinum lecture: «Marketing in the company’s business process system»
The formation of a modern young specialist is based on strengthening cooperation between employers, students and universities. Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz holds meetings with practitioners on a regular basis.
So, on September 8, 2023, within the framework of the platinum lecture, an expert in personnel management and organizational development, director of Consulting and Partners, Candidate of Economic Sciences Igisinova Shynar Sarsenbayevna demonstrated to students of the educational programs "Marketing" and "Logistics" the main aspects of marketing in the context of business processes and its role in achieving the company's goals, opportunities integration with other areas such as sales, production, finance and personnel management. Since the analysis of the market and consumers is one of the key stages of the marketing strategy, various methods of market research were considered, including the analysis of competitors, the study of consumer needs and preferences, as well as the determination of their behavioral characteristics.
At the end of the lecture, Shynar Sarsenbayevna conducted a case analysis with the students, which aroused the students' interest, they asked a lot of questions. The meeting was held in an active format.
The teaching staff of the Department of Marketing and Logistics continues to work on the invitation of leading specialists in various fields and areas of activity for further cooperation and exchange of experience.
