A Meeting Between University Students and a Representative of TӘП-ТӘТТІ LLP Was Held at the University
Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz hosted a meeting between university students and Timur Muratovich Kozhubaev, Regional Director of TӘП-ТӘТТІ LLP.
The meeting was attended by third- and fourth-year students of the Food Technology educational programme, as well as master’s students and college students studying in this field.
During the meeting, Timur Muratovich presented the company’s activities and spoke about the confectionery chain, the specifics of professional work, and employment opportunities for young specialists.
Particular attention was paid to current vacancies and candidate requirements. Students had the opportunity to ask questions, learn more about professional development prospects, and explore career opportunities in the food production and confectionery industries.
As a practical outcome of the meeting, resumes were collected from students interested in employment. The submitted resumes will be considered by the employer in accordance with the company’s current vacancies and staffing needs.
Such meetings contribute to strengthening cooperation between the university and employers and create additional opportunities for students’ professional development and employment. Direct communication with business representatives enables students to become familiar with labour market requirements and future career opportunities while still studying.
