      Brief description of the course: This discipline takes up the questions of the theory and practice of financial management covering consideration of its economic, organizational, legal problems arising in process of management of finance in insurance companies. In particular, theoretical and practical aspects of financial management of insurance company, management of investment activity of insurance company, an assessment of a financial condition of insurance company as bases for adoption of administrative decisions are considered; risk management of insurance company as bases of increase in financial stability; special attention is paid to bases of adoption of financial decisions in various aspects of investment and financial activity of insurance company.
